  • 3-4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
